Joanne Hernon is the CEO of Sales Solutions and the creator of the Breakthrough Sales System. Joanne had a successful career in corporate sales working with many levels of clients from small businesses to Fortune 500 accounts. Her success in sales led her into management however she was not satisfied by her roll in larger corporations. Her passion is to help small businesses succeed. That’s why she create the Breakthrough Sales System(tm) which is a systematic approach to selling which guarantees business owners new leads to their business. Joanne loves sales and enjoys showing business owners how fun and easy sales can be. She is a lifetime member of CEO Space. She served on the board of Marin Association of Female Executives as Vice President from 2006 - 2008. She is a member of National Association of Women Business Owners and volunteers her time providing pro-bono consulting to Women's Initiative, a non-profit providing lower-income women with training to start and grow their business.
